30 days of calm
30 Days of Calm is a powerful wellness challenge to help teachers create more calm in their day. We all deserve this and it is amazing to see what happens when we start to prioritize getting a daily dose of peace and joy. This challenge is a fun and easy way to explore integrating more mindfulness into your life. Every day we will offer a small reminder to connect with the stillness and quiet within. Starting January 6th you will receive an email with a daily affirmation, journal reflection and meditation. We will be posting our progress on the Teacher Wellness App - Well Space, so join thousands of teachers who are making their wellness a priority. As we return to school for the second semester, let's focus on thriving and not just surviving. Let's make the last half of this school year our best half!
